The Growing Girls Circle is a youth-centered, monthly empowerment program designed for girls ages 8–14 and their mothers or caregivers. Created as a safe, nurturing, and engaging space, this program supports girls as they begin their transition from childhood into adolescence—helping them feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Through guided conversations, interactive activities, and meaningful bonding experiences, participants explore topics such as body changes, hygiene, emotional wellness, self-care, confidence, and healthy communication. The program takes a holistic “head-to-toe” approach, ensuring girls are not only educated about puberty, but also equipped with the tools to care for themselves physically, emotionally, and socially.
What makes The Growing Girls Circle unique is its intentional focus on both youth voice and intergenerational connection. Girls are encouraged to express themselves, ask questions freely, and build sisterhood with peers, while mothers and caregivers participate alongside them—strengthening trust, communication, and shared understanding at home.
